Pricing questions
How does the refund work at commitment?
When the athlete commits, you choose one: a refund of $199 minus $24 for each month used, or a transfer of the remaining months to a sibling or a teammate's family. Months are counted from the purchase date, and a month that has started counts as used. If the athlete commits in month 3, the refund is $127. From month 9 on, nothing is owed back. If you take the refund, the pass keeps working to its end date. If you transfer it, the remaining months move to the other family. Email support@inboxathletics.com and we handle it by hand. This covers web purchases.
Can we pass the remaining months to a sibling or a teammate?
Yes. At commitment you can transfer the remaining months of the Season Pass to a sibling or to a teammate's family instead of taking a refund. Email support@inboxathletics.com.
When does it renew, and how do I cancel?
Auto-renews, with a reminder 7 days before. The Season Pass renews every 12 months. Monthly renews every month. Cancel any time from Settings, then Billing. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
Does one plan cover both parents and the athlete?
Each athlete has their own plan, and a plan includes the athlete's parents: one on Scout, up to two on Pro. Scout gives that parent a view of the colleges, waiting times and key dates, never the athlete's emails, plus a Monday email. Pro adds a second parent.
Is my price locked?
Yes. Your price is locked while you subscribe. If the public price goes up, existing subscribers keep theirs.
What happens on Scout after the fifth AI draft of the month?
Scout still finds and sorts coach mail, flags what needs a reply, and emails you when a coach writes. AI drafts come back the next month, or any time on Pro. The athlete can always write a reply or a first message themselves.
Why is the athlete never asked for a card?
Upgrades go through a parent. The athlete sends a link, and a parent reviews and pays. The athlete never enters a card.
What counts as committing?
The athlete has accepted a verbal or written offer to join a college program, confirmed by email. Email support@inboxathletics.com within 60 days of the commitment and we'll handle it by hand.
