    Connect the Gmail you already use

    Signing in with Google only confirms who you are. Connecting Gmail is a separate step. We read the last 90 days of mail to find coach email, then keep up as new mail arrives.

    Coach email lands under each college

    Every coach thread is sorted under its school, with a needs-reply flag and an email when a coach writes.

    Reply when you are ready

    Ask for a draft when a coach writes, edit it, and press Send in Inbox Athletics. It goes out from your own Gmail address. Scout includes drafts for 5 messages a month, and Pro raises that to every message. A parent can follow the colleges, who's waiting on a reply and what's coming up, without reading your emails, and gets a Monday email.

What it does

  1. Coach email, sorted by college

    Coach threads land under their school, so one college is one place to look.

    Example. College and coach names are made up.

  2. A flag and an email when a coach writes

    The college shows how long a message has been waiting. The alert tells you who wrote, never what they said.

    Example. The alert says a coach wrote. The message stays in your inbox.

  3. Reply drafts, in your words

    Ask for a draft in a coach thread. It is in your words and lists the details it used, so you can check them. You edit it and press Send. Nothing goes out on its own. Scout includes drafts for 5 messages a month, replies or first messages to colleges, and Pro raises that to every message.

  4. Key dates and showcases

    NCAA contact periods and the showcases you add, next to the colleges they matter for.

  5. A parent view and a Monday email

    Parents see the colleges, coach activity and key dates. They never see message bodies and can't write or send.

Why I built this

Why I built Inbox Athletics

I built Inbox Athletics for my own daughter. Through the no-contact period — when coaches can’t reply and most athletes go quiet — what gave her momentum was her play plus staying genuinely consistent: steady updates and new video to every coach, all organized in one place. By the time the contact period opened she had a couple of dozen active coach conversations, and more than one program thanked her for her consistency — I never want another family to feel as lost as we did at the start.
