Scattered emails
Coach messages buried across inboxes, spam folders, and group threads. Important conversations slip through the cracks.
Relationship Operating System
Inbox Athletics reads every college-coach conversation and tells you who’s genuinely interested, who’s gone quiet, and what to say next — so nothing slips during the months that decide your future.

The whole picture
Not another inbox. A dashboard that reads every coach conversation and tells you what’s working, what’s slipping, and what to do next — so the whole effort lives in one place instead of scattered across email, texts, and spreadsheets.

Recruiting Pulse, Next Actions, and Discovered Colleges — the full dashboard.
One relationship, start to finish
This is what no spreadsheet can do. Watch one conversation move from a quiet inbox to a real connection — with Inbox Athletics doing the reading, scoring, and prep along the way.
Pulse flags it
Pulse reads every coach conversation and tells you exactly who needs a reply, who’s heating up, and what to act on — before anything slips.

Relationship score
A live relationship score reads the whole thread — response rate, momentum, tone — so you know this one is real, not just polite.

Coach Call prep
Before the call, it pulls together your history with that coach, talking points, and the questions worth asking — so you walk in prepared, not nervous.

AI drafts the reply
When it’s time to respond, it drafts a professional, on-tone reply you can send in seconds — with tone variants so it never sounds off.

Coach replies
The coach replies. The relationship is building — and you didn’t drop the ball during the window that mattered.

Parents see it
Parents get a calm weekly read of what’s happening — without reading every email or hovering over their athlete’s shoulder.

Sound familiar?
Coach messages buried across inboxes, spam folders, and group threads. Important conversations slip through the cracks.
Losing momentum at critical moments because there's no system to track who you need to reply to and when.
Not knowing what to say, when to reach out, or how to sound professional when communicating with coaches.
How it works
No new app to live in, no exporting, no copy-paste into a spreadsheet. Connect Gmail once and your coach conversations organize themselves.
Step 1
Inbox Athletics detects every college-coach thread and sorts it by school, coach, and where the conversation stands — so you stop digging through your inbox to figure out who you’ve talked to.

Step 2
Every program you’ve been in contact with is tracked automatically — labeled, prioritized, and showing exactly where each relationship stands. No manual entry, no spreadsheet.

The intelligence layer
Inbox Athletics doesn't just store your coach conversations — it reads them. Five layers of intelligence turn a messy inbox into a clear, prioritized recruiting strategy.
Pulse briefing

Athlete-owned data
Every conversation, contact, and college list belongs to you and is fully exportable. Nothing is locked in.
Privacy by design
Your parents get a calm read of how recruiting is going — never the raw emails, drafts, or coach contact info. You own every conversation.
Never sold, never shared
Inbox Athletics never sells or shares your data with third parties.
You drive it. They stay in the loop.
Every coach conversation is yours — you draft every reply, you decide what to send. Your parents see a high-level read of how it's going. Not your inbox, not your drafts. Just the big picture.

What they see
This week
Boston College is heating up — a coach replied and a campus visit is being scheduled. No action needed from you.
Why I built this
I built Inbox Athletics for my own daughter. Through the no-contact period — when coaches can’t reply and most athletes go quiet — what gave her momentum was her play plus staying genuinely consistent: steady updates and new video to every coach, all organized in one place. By the time the contact period opened she had a couple of dozen active coach conversations, and more than one program thanked her for her consistency — I never want another family to feel as lost as we did at the start.
