They sign in, then connect the Gmail address coaches write to. Inbox Athletics reads the last 90 days of mail to find coach email. School Google accounts usually block this for students under 18, so they should use a personal Gmail.

Each college gets one place for its coach emails, with a needs-reply flag and an email to your athlete when a coach writes. Nothing to type in, no spreadsheet.
